How Do We Know Faison Has Britt?
First of all, whenever anything shady is afoot, Faison has to be a suspect, whether he’s dead or alive. He’s outwitted the Grim Reaper before, so we certainly wouldn’t put it past him to have done so again — and found a way to give the “late” Britt a new lease on life while he’s at it.
Obviously, Faison isn’t the only criminal mastermind to have cheated death. (See also: Helena and Stavros Cassadine, Peter August, Ava and Julian Jerome… ) We thought for a minute that Joss’ Uncle Jerry Jacks might be the mastermind of the plot. But then the show dropped its biggest clue yet.
The Hint That Told Us All We Needed to Know
In the same episode that found Anna and Britt’s mother Obrecht discussing Faison — coincidence? — Britt herself told Pascal that “the boss” wants her to be happy. Jerry Jacks wouldn’t give a damn what Britt’s mood was. Neither would Helena, etc. The one individual who would care, albeit in his own twisted way? Britt’s Daddy Dearest, that’s who.
That reveal is just the tip of the iceberg to the seismic shifts that will take place once Port Charles learns that “the Britch” is back.
