Family members gather to celebrate her recovery, with Ted, Kial, Tomas, and the rest of the Dupree family welcoming her back with cheers and heartfelt gratitude.
Just when Kat thinks the surprises are over, Tomas takes the evening in an unexpected direction.
In front of everyone, he drops to one knee and asks Kat to marry him. After everything the couple has survived together, it should be a perfect fairy-tale ending. But with Kat still recovering emotionally and physically from her life-changing surgery, the proposal raises one important question: is she truly ready to take the next step, or will she ask Tomas to wait?
Elsewhere, Joey Armstrong quietly puts another disturbing plan into motion.

Mike, however, refuses to back down, making it clear that he remains convinced the case is firmly on his side before negotiations begin.
At Garland Memorial Hospital, another major storyline unfolds.
Monica McCormack, the hospital’s new chief of staff, delivers devastating news to Leslie Thomas. The partnership between Garland Memorial and Leslie’s free clinic is officially ending, leaving Leslie completely blindsided. Her shocked reaction suggests she has no intention of accepting the decision quietly, setting the stage for another major conflict inside the hospital.
