Celebrated film director Steven Spielberg, aged 76, and his wife, retired American actress Kate Capshaw, aged 69, have embarked on a lavish voyage to the Italian Riviera aboard Spielberg’s magnificent $250 million yacht, known as the ‘Seven Seas.’
The couple was seen arriving in the charming former fishing village of Portofino, hand in hand, with Spielberg radiating happiness. Portofino, a port town with a modest off-season population of just 355, has become the epitome of Mediterranean glamour, attracting the rich and famous from around the world.
Spielberg’s impressive 357-foot superyacht, meticulously constructed in the Netherlands by the luxury firm Oceanco just last year, boasts seven cabins capable of accommodating up to 14 guests, in addition to 15 cabins for a crew of 30. Spielberg chose to nаme this remarkable vessel ‘Seven Seas,’ following the sale of his previous 282-foot yacht with the same nаme in 2021.
The award-winning director, elegantly attired in a sophisticated grey jacket, denim jeans, and a cream fedora, exuded a sense of relaxation as he and his wife played host to their friends on the expansive superyacht.
