Some are fortunate to win it multiple times, like Tiger Woods or Jack Nicklaus, while others may get the olden chance only once, like Sergio Garcia. After 73 starts, the Spaniard tasted his first and only major victory at the 2017 Masters. The chants of ‘Sergio’ rang loud as Garcia took the green jacket over from Justin Rose.
Days after the win, the Masters champ took it everywhere with him, be it New York’s Empire State Building, his vacation in the Alps, or when he returned to his home club, Club de Campo del Mediterraneo in Spain. But the surprising part was when Garcia donned the emerald green for his reception dance with his bride, Angela Akins. It was quite a charm as Garcia showed off his winning and dancing s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁s and wrote in one X post, “Our wedding wouldn’t have been complete without a little touch of green at the reception.”
On the other hand, the two-time Masters winner, Scottie Scheffler, was seen wearing the green jacket as he appeared on ESPN’s guest picker show on the college game day of Longhorns vs. Georgia. The Texas native was unsurprisingly supporting his team while he sang “The Eyes of Texas,” made a few jokes, and predicted that Louisville would be smoked by Miami. He was true in all accounts, but his green jacket appearance led to the question of GOLF asking who wore it better on their Instagram.
While comparing the two green jacket appearances by Garcia and Scheffler and deciding the better ones, many other names also made it to the list and were claimed to be better than Garcia’s reception outfit or Scheffler’s game-day one.

He even threw a struggling pitch, which had him sore until the next few days.
