General Hospital spoilers tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans) were best friends at the time Lulu fell into a coma several years ago.

The two of them have been through a lot over the years and in the end, they were closer than ever. But that wasn’t always the case.

There were several instances over the years that the two of them were definitely not friendly or ever close for that matter. But what could cause a rift between the two of them now. There actually several reasons that Lulu won’t be happy with Maxie once she wakes up.

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones and Brook Lynn Quartermaine Have Become Fast Friends.

The first issue could very easily be Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Lulu likely won’t ever forgive the fact that Brook Lynn was once paid by Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to seduce Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) away from Lulu when the cousins were having issues with one another.

But Maxie and Brook Lynn have certainly bonded over the last few years and that may be hard for Lulu to accept or understand. But that’s really a minor issue and wouldn’t be cause for Lulu to want her friendship with Maxie to end, at least not by itself.

GH Spoilers – Lulu Spencer Confided In Maxie Jones Right Before The Coma!

Right before Lulu’s come, she admitted to Maxie that she was still in love with Dante even though they had been recently divorced.

Dante practically forced Lulu into ending their marriage when he left Port Charles for indefinite treatment for his PTSD and brainwashing while he was undercover.

Lulu eventually signed the divorce papers but finally admitted to Maxie the truth about her feelings for Dante. Maxie never told this to Dante, and he went on to have a relationship with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), who recently died.

Lulu may believe that Dante never would have gotten involved with Sam had he known that she still was in love with him.

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones Is Living In Lulu Spencer’s House

After the coma, Dante moved into Sam’s penthouse with his son Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carter). Maxie eventually moved in, although it isn’t clear if she purchased the house or is just renting.

Either way, Lulu isn’t likely to take kindly to the fact that her best friend is basically living her life in the house she was supposed to share with Dante and their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.

These three issues separately probably wouldn’t bother Lulu as much, but when taken all together Lulu may be mad enough to end her friendship with Maxie once and for all.
