General Hospital spoilers suggest Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) are nothing less than thrilled to be welcoming Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) into their family.

That being said, this isn’t the way they previously saw that happening. Everyone naturally assumed that Sasha and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) might end up together.

Instead, they’re keeping their distance from one another. But that doesn’t mean Sasha’s aunt and uncle can’t offer their support — especially at a time like this when she needs it the most.

General Hospital Spoilers — Family Is Forever

Felicia was quick to point out to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) last week that Sasha has never really been a part of a family and she may not know what that looks like.

Intent on showing her, Felicia is eager to welcome her into the fold — even if Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) have jumped ship for the time being.

After all, Sasha isn’t very keen on her mother right now anyway, and she doesn’t know Robert as her dad at all. There’s time for that, but right now, can this aunt and uncle forge a familial friendship?

GH Spoilers – Say Robert Scorpio Will Return

Felicia and Anna were also pretty frank with one another about the reality of the situation between Robert and Holly.

Expecting it to crash and burn — because it always does with Holly, but recognizing they’ll have to support him through this, their biggest shared concern was how Sasha fits into his life now.

They have the comfort of knowing Robert so well that they know he wouldn’t abandon Sasha. Rather, just the opposite. He’s going to want a relationship with her.

Although he vocalized that once to Sasha, he didn’t push, which she appreciated at the time. But could she be feeling left out in the cold now that he so easily forgave Holly and skipped town with her?

General Hospital Spoilers — Holly Sutton Is A Wild Card

Just because Robert is coming home doesn’t mean that Holly is. She could get wrapped up in her next con — or worse, harmed because of those she’s already buried herself in.

Robert could come home on his own, making promises that Holly will resolve her issues with Sasha at a later date, but he’s probably not going to push too hard for Sasha to forgive her mother for abandoning her over and over again.

When will we see either of them return? It’s hard to say, but Mac and Felicia could become the surrogate parents she needs in the time being. Will that be weird alongside Cody? You bet! Keep checking back with us for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
