Kyle Richards was spotted out for the first time amid her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky’s romantic Aspen getaway with model Klaudia K.

The hunky real estate mogul, 54, and the blonde vixen, 33, were seen making out earlier this week while outside the Japanese restaurant Matsuhisa.

While Richards is said to be ‘heartbroken’ over the new romance, she put on a brave face while out in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The Real Housewives star — who split from Mauricio in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage —  was spotted at an Encino gas station.

She kept a large pair of sunglasses over her eyes as she waited for her Range Rover’s tank to fill up.

Richards looked stylish yet cozy in a tan cashmere sweater, black pants and chunky black boots.

During a pit stop in Beverly Hills, Richards told TMZ that she’ll also soon be heading to Aspen with her and Maurcio’s daughters for the holidays.

As to whether or not she’ll reunite with Mauricio on the trip, she replied: ‘He’s welcome to join us.’

She said she plans to go skiing with her daughters and that she’s enjoying some rare ‘downtime.’

‘I’m going to enjoy my downtime [over the holidays]. I’m taking time off from work now,’ Richards explained.

The star also hinted at chances of a reconciliation with RHOBH co-star Dorit Kemsley, who she’s been feuding with on the latest season of the hit Bravo show.

‘We’re already getting better,’ said Richards or her and Kemsley’s relationship. ‘It’s coming together.’

Kyle’s outing came hours after a source told Page Six that Richards is ‘particularly heartbroken’ that her ex Mauricio was kissing ‘that woman in Aspen — where he and Kyle have so many memories together as a couple.’

‘Kyle and Mau have a family home in Aspen. They’ve traveled there countless times with their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, so it’s a place that has a lot of meaning for her,’ the insider dished on Thursday.

They continued: ‘It’s not the first time Mau has been photographed kissing somebody else, but this is the first holiday season they’re spending apart since he got his own place.’

Although they have both been handling their split ‘better than most,’ the insider noted ‘that doesn’t mean it’s been a cake walk’ for them.

At this moment, ‘it’s just a difficult time for Kyle and she’s still processing all of these emotions.’

Her ‘hurt’ reaction was in response to images of the real estate mogul, 54, locking lips with bikini model, Klaudia K, 33, who is just five years older than their eldest daughter Alexa Umansky.

On Tuesday night, Umansky and Klaudia K were photographed packing on the PDA following a sushi date at Matsuhisa.

The kiss with Klaudia K came just a week after his breakup with Nikita Kahn, who claims she dumped him.

‘I wanted a committed, serious relationship, but he’s not ready for that right now,’ she told Page Six. ‘I left because I know what I want and deserve.’

She also admitted to the outlet that ‘it’s not easy to see’ her ex move on so quickly.

‘I’ve accepted that we’re on different paths now. I wish him the best, and I’m focused on moving forward and staying true to what I want in life,’ the actress insisted.

A source told Us Weekly that Umansky is ‘not serious’ with Klaudia K and that he’s ‘is dating around and is having fun.’

‘He’s a happy-go-lucky kind of guy and can’t sit still when it comes to dating and traveling right now. He likes his freedom. Mauricio doesn’t want anything serious,’ the insider explained.

Richards and Umansky split in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.

They are parents to three daughters: Alexia, 28, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16.

He is also stepfather to Kyle’s daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, 35, from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

Following their separation announcement, romance rumors began to swirl around him and Dancing With the Stars partner from Season 32, Emma Slater.

Although they insisted their relationship was platonic, they were spotted holding hands after dinner in October 2023.

The duo quickly shut down dating rumors, chalking it up to friendship—but the gossip train didn’t stop there.

Not long after the speculation cooled, Mauricio turned up the heat with a passionate airport kiss in Greece, locking lips with 33-year-old actress Nikita.

By August, the romance was in full swing as the pair indulged in a luxe getaway at the One&Only Mandarina resort near Puerto Vallarta.

Meanwhile, Kyle has sparked rumors of a budding romance with country singer Morgan Wade.

Both women have denied any romantic involvement with each other.
