Britney Spears revealed that she deleted a recently posted video of herself dancing in a bikini over people saying ‘mean things.’

The 43-year-old singer took to Instagram on Friday to share an Instagram gallery of random photos and videos along with a lengthy caption about why she deleted the clip which ended with a declaration that food is ‘better than 𝓈ℯ𝓍.’

She explained: ‘Another excursion but this time a smaller boat !!! Honestly, I like the smaller one way better. I took the video of myself dancing down because so many people said so many mean things… if they only knew how severe my sadness is.

‘It is a f***ing miracle from God that I played and danced, period. It is insane!!! I didn’t think I was gonna go at all I was that sad… but immediately I saw the ocean, the small little hotel that looks like an apartment, and the breakfast table inside the pool !!!’

Though many of the images posted in the gallery were memes there were two interesting photos of spears including on of her nude sunbathing on the beach and a selfie of just her chest in a black bra.

She continued: ‘I’m such a strange cookie I guess most artists are a little weird, but I immediately got busy and played with dark music and Winehouse with black lace and red bottoms !!! I forgot I did any of that and when I got home last night and was like WTF !!!

‘I took all my work down then of course I looked through my phone and was like Damn, there’s so much I haven’t even shown but it saddens me people say mean things about me. I’m so damn sick of people saying they are concerned and if you don’t like the way I move, f*** off and don’t watch it !!!’

Britney went on to reveal that she had been fasting for a week before going into vivid detail about her passion for food.

She wrote: ‘After my week of fasting, I sat down to finally have my bacon cheeseburger with a bun that’s so high it looked like a pie and right when I cut it in half right down the middle I saw the white Swiss cheese and my mouth watered. And then when the bacon, which is never chewy always crispy, hits my tongue and the meat !!!

‘Food gives me a high, like feeling 6 years old because food is god, especially if you fast like me. It’s honestly better than 𝓈ℯ𝓍 [three flushed face emojis, three knife, and three rose emojis] !!!’

The original video that she had posted of her dancing was posted on Wednesday.

The Toxic hitmaker showed off her toned figure in a 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 blue halter neck bikini while dancing vigorously in front of her camera during a getaway to Mexico.

At one point the Princess of Pop was pictured smacking her pert derrière before running off.

In another part of the video she pulled out a stuffed animal rabbit, and was heard saying, ‘bad bunny 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦.’

The singer — who recently shared her worries that she might ‘get hurt again’  — also alluded to sustaining a jet ski injury during vacation in her caption.

‘New bathing suit and new hair … jet skis …. Jet skis really hurt my hands though i was over it,’ Britney wrote.

The star wore her platinum strands freely cascading down her shoulders in loose waves. Britney accessorized with a black choker around her neck.

The mom-of-two displayed her choreography, dancing barefoot with fluid and rapid movements.

The clip comes after Britney opened up about her worries that she ‘might get hurt again’ in a candid Instagram post on Saturday.

The superstar, who regained control of her life and finances after her conservatorship ended in November 2021, has been spending a lot of time in Mexico lately.

She even claimed she was moving there, though a source told The Hollywood Reporter the star has not actually made the move.

She called the country ‘sacred’ to her, but admits it’s sometimes hard to fully move on from the past.

She shared: ‘When it hurts so bad it starts to feel good!!! So many of the vibes and moods us women specifically go through is a process of healing, and it’s a very fragile thing!!!’

‘Not sure why I’m explaining myself, but there’s a little negativity with me mentioning my move to Mexico!!! It’s a gift from God that I will never take for granted!!!’

‘OK yes, when I come back, I’ll showcase the living room during the day so you can see the view!!! It’s insane, and way better for the viewing eye, but for some reason, this place has been sort of sacred to me, and I didn’t want to share all aspects of possibilities.’

She added, ‘It will grow and expand if I follow my heart, but sometimes it’s complicated to even try to move forward if you think you might get hurt again!!!’

The …Baby One More Time singer also joked about her ‘complex’ nature and how she’s working on being kinder to herself.

‘So I guess I’m a complex person and just say I just wanna eat ice cream tonight and not dance at all!!! I’m human, and yes, I will have a place in Mexico and in America!!!’

‘My mornings here are unbelievable—the sunrises are all pink and bright yellow, and I get my little mat and stretch every morning to try to tune up my inner dialogue in a more loving and caring way!!! So I can be a better friend and person for myself!!!’

And in true Britney fashion, she wrapped up with a funny story about her two teddy bears: ‘Hope you guys are having a wonderful holiday!!! At night, I sleep with Roger and Henry and have no f*****g clue where I came up with those names, but they are my two teddy bears!!!’

‘One in front of me and one behind me!!! My hairdresser told me today that both of her grandfathers’ names are Roger and Henry—we almost lost it!!! SOO WEEIIIIIRRD!!!’

Britney has faced significant personal struggles over the years, including the long-running conservatorship that controlled her finances and personal decisions until its termination in 2021.

Her highly publicized divorce from Sam Asghari, combined with the challenges of co-parenting her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, has been marred by drama, particularly with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, who has publicly criticized her parenting.

The emotional post comes after Britney reconnected with her older brother, Bryan Spears, who joined her during her recent trip to Mexico, as seen in an Instagram video shared by the singer on Thursday.

In the clip, the Toxic hitmaker was seen filming a short reel with her brother inside what appeared to be a spacious hotel room.

In the video, Britney told her followers, ‘My brother decided to visit me in Mexico. Hello Mr. Bryan.’

She then shifted the camera to reveal Bryan standing nearby, who quickly greeted her fans.

‘It’s my 𝓈ℯ𝓍y brother,’ Britney added. ‘I love my brother so much. He flew all the way over here. He’s so nice and handsome.’

Last year in August, the pop star and her older sibling seemingly set aside their differences following her split from Asghari.

Earlier this month on December 2, Britney celebrated her 43rd 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡day – and was also declared legally after her divorce from Asghari was finalized seven months earlier.

In May, the former couple had reached a settlement after the actor initially filed for divorce in August 2023 after only 14 months of marriage.
