Voice actor Khary Payton has revealed that Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra will likely be releasing around Christmas. The upcoming title is the latest entry to the Marvel universe, based on the 2010 comic, Flags of Our Fathers. The game will see Black Panther, Captain America, and several allies join forces for a common cause. The game is scheduled for release in 2025, but thanks to Payton we now know to potentially expect it in the latter part of the year.

In a recent interview with The Direct, Black Panther voice actor Khary Payton narrowed down the release window of the upcoming action title to around the holidays. Payton has stated that Skydance New Media studio is currently working on the title and hopes that the game’s release will be “a Christmas situation.”
