There, director Destin Daniel Cretton confirmed the film’s release date of July 2026, all while providing the movie’s official title as Spider-Man: Brand New Day, thus providing insights into what the film’s story could entail.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day will seemingly based on the comic book run of the same name, with the upcoming Spider-Man movie stemming from the world forgetting Peter Parker exists. The comic book story of Brand New Day had similar elements, essentially resetting the character’s timeline after the controversial One More Day storyline.
