At 66, Dan Blocker’s Son Finally Admits What We All Suspected

Born on December 10, 1928, in DeKalb, Texas, Dan Blocker was a giant in more ways than one. Weighing a remarkable 14 pounds at 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡, he grew into a towering figure of 6’4″, eventually making his way to the Texas Military Institute where he discovered his passion for acting. After a brief stint in the Korean War, where he served with distinction, Blocker transitioned to a career in theater, ultimately landing the role of Hoss Cartwright.
