Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that a shocking affair could go down this summer if some former flames surrender to temptation.
Let’s consider two Days characters who just might hit the sheets and the awful price they could pay.
DOOL fans know that Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) put it in writing that he wouldn’t pursue a romance with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord).
It’s part of the agreement that Chad reached with Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), so they could go after full custody again if Chad doesn’t honor it.
Chad didn’t have to go as far as including it in the papers that were drawn up, but he wanted Thomas DiMera (Alexander Elijah Bond) to understand he was serious about putting him first along with Charlotte DiMera (Autumn Gendron).
However, Days spoilers suggest that from the moment Chad signed that agreement, the countdown has been on to when he might break it.
Chad and Cat are trying to be friends, but there’s obviously still an attraction between them.
Since Chad has been going on dates with Belle Black (Martha Madison), he’s trying to move on.
Cat is also busy seducing EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) into a romance to uncover intel for the ISA, but things are only going to get more complicated from here.
Jealousy remains a factor in all this, so that won’t help when it comes to Chad and Cat’s temptation.
After Chad finds out about Cat’s hidden EJ agenda, Days spoilers say that’ll bring another challenge to work through.
Chad will blow up at secretive Cat, who may wind up having to explain her ISA status and the EJ-related mission she’s been on.
Despite Chad’s anger over Cat withholding info, he may try to understand in the end.
Even if Cat and Chad stay angry for a bit, that could still lead to an explosion of passion.
Chad and Cat might finally surrender to the feelings they’ve been burying, especially now that Thomas and Charlotte are going to Boston for the summer.
The kids won’t be around to witness Chad ignoring his agreement with Jack and Jennifer if he crosses the line with Cat.
Even so, this could be a disaster waiting to happen if Thomas uncovers the news that Chad broke his promise anyway.
In addition to stirring up custody drama, Chad could shatter Belle’s heart if he betrays her with Cat.
Likewise, EJ will be furious if Cat ends up having a passionate encounter with Chad, especially after all her lies.
