WHAT OCCURED? Al-Nassr, which shocked the footballing world by acquiring Cristiano Ronaldo last year, has now bolstered their roster with the addition of yet another huge name. After a less than stellar year on the continent, Mane and Thomas Tuchel decided it was time for the winger to leave Bavaria. Mane has now made the move. Mane struggled during his time in Munich, scoring just 12 goals across all competitions and reportedly getting into an altercation with teammate Leroy Sane.

THE BIGGER PICTURE: There was evident excitement from Bayern fans when he moved to Germany last summer because they had bought a player who was electrifying as a member of a front three with Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah at Liverpool.
