Less than two months after listing their Los Angeles home for sale, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his wife, model Behati Prinsloo, sold it for $51 miℓℓio𝚗.
The 3-acre estate in the exclusive Pacific Palisades was put on the market by the famous couple in March for $57.5 miℓℓio𝚗. The sale price was roughly 11% below what they had anticipated, but Mr. Levine, 43, and Ms.
Prinsloo, 33, still made a profit of almost $19 miℓℓio𝚗 after spending $31.95 miℓℓio𝚗 on the house in 2018, according to PropertyShark statistics.
The mansion, which boasts expansive views of both the city and the Pacific Ocean, is “the epitome of the true California lifestyle,” according to listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside mansion Agency, who spoke with Mansion Global in March. He declined to provide a comment for this piece.
There is a 9,000 square foot main home on the estate, as well as a guest cottage, an office building, and a wellness center. The ad states that there are a total of 10 bedrooms and 14 baths.
The main house has a chef’s kitchen with a walk-in refrigerator, a theater and game room, and a primary bedroom suite with a private patio, two walk-in closets, and a stone-clad bathroom with a double shower steam and a dressing area, according to the listing.
It is also constructed with light woods and has plenty of windows and retractable doors. The guest home has four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining room.
The grounds are well maintained and have biɡ lawns and gardens, a basketball court, a pool and Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, walking routes, and a hen house.
Mr. Levine and Ms. Prinsloo bought the house from former famous couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, who had owned it since 2009.
