After being listed for rent at $45,000 per month in November, the Grammy-winning singer’s former rental on Cornelia Street in New York City is now officially for sale for $17.995M. Taylor Swift’s 2019 song “Cornelia Street” describes when she rented the home in 2016 while her Tribeca residence was undergoing renovations.
According to StreetEasy records from the time, Swift rented the luxury townhouse for $38,000 per month.
Currently held by Laurence Carty, Irene Lo, and Jennifer Rahilly of Corcoran.
