Arsenal eye January striker transfer deal as Bukayo Saka previews North London Derby clash

It’s North London Derby day as Arsenal prepare to host their nearest rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates Stadium, with a huge clash on the cards. Both teams come into the game in fine form, having won four and drawn one out of their opening five Premier League fixtures.

Striker transfer interest

Arsenal are showing interest in AC Milan striker Charles De Ketelaere before the January transfer window, according to a report from CalcioMercato. The Belgian international was of interest to a host of clubs last year during his time at Club Brugge, but since his move to Milan, there have been struggles getting him into the team.

The Gunners are claimed to be showing interest in landing the forward, but there’s also rumours of Newcastle eyeing a potential deal.

Saka on North London Derby

Arsenal star Bukayo Saka has previewed his side’s clash with Tottenham as preparations heat up ahead of Sunday’s North London Derby. The clash could be the biggest in a few years as both teams have made an ideal start to their Premier League campaigns so far, with more than three points on the line.

Guardiola on Odegaard

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has claimed that Arsenal star Martin Odegaard is “exceptional” following a contract extension for the playmaker. The Norwegian international committed his future to the club on Thursday, signing a new five-year deal that would take his stay to 2028.
