A wall of NBA stars’ signatures is Magic Johnson’s sеcrеt treasure. Magic Johnson owns treasures that no one else has in his suburban house
A former Los Angeles Lakers player’s six-bedroom Moraga Estates home is up for sale at $14.5 million. The 10,000-square-foot gated community is also for sale by Compass dealer Nancy Ellin. Six bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, and a locker room with NBA player autographs are in the home.
Ellin bought the house in 2004 and added luxury features. Ellin tells Mansion Global that the home was completely renovated and now boasts top-of-the-line appliances, marble, custom cabinets, and Moroccan/Spanish design inspired by our vacations. Living here is amazing and perfect for celebrating. A pool, built-in BBQ, fire pit, and large brick patio make the grounds great.
Upon entering the three-story residence, a magnificent staircase and handmade wide wood plank flooring are shown in the foyer. The first floor is a stunning formal dining room with unique built-ins and a silver leaf soffit ceiling.
A few steps separate the vast living space from the family room, which has a wood-burning fireplace and a Moroccan-style seating rotunda. Nearby is a chef’s kitchen with marble countertops, an island, and a butler’s closet. A large breakfast area has French doors to the garden on four sides, letting light in.
The large main chamber is on the second floor. It has a fireplace, balcony, and sitting space. The all-white master bathroom is chic. It has a steam shower and Jacuzzi. The third level has a large, fully equipped gym, three bunk beds for kids, a guest bedroom, and a bathroom. As expected, Johnson has a special indoor basketball court. You can observe your friends’ behavior through a window in the game area.
