Nestled in a forest of Ohia trees and located in Volcano, Hawaii, the ‘Kuono‘ tiny home is an oasis just five minutes from the nearby national park.
Eye-catching floor-to-ceiling 14 foot windows connecting the interior of the tiny home to the outdoors, while the warm wood exterior and architecture are inspired by modern design.
A bright orange door welcomes guests to the tiny house, which can be booked through Airbnb.
Stepping inside, and there’s a small kitchenette with all the essentials.
Opposite the kitchenette is the bathroom, where there’s a wood vanity, a curved mirror, and a glass-enclosed shower.
The main living area of the tiny home is shared with the bedroom, creating an open plan interior filled with natural light. The living room is furnished with a sofa (which doubles as a secondary bed), as well as a small table and a couple of chairs.
Opposite the living room is the bedroom with a wood-framed bed and matching side tables.
Through the large sliding glass door, there’s a private lanai with a hot tub and lounge chairs.
Both of which face a fire pit that’s surrounded by wood stools.
