Alexandra Daddario is giving me the athleisure inspo that I need.
In two new posts to her IG Stories, the Can You Keep A Secret star, 36, showed off two super cute outfits by Alo Yoga, and I can’t stop staring at her abs.
In the first pic, she wore a cream-coloured matching set of sweatpants and a cropped crew neck sweatshirt. And in the second, she went for an edgier twist, wearing an all-black ensemble that included a cut-out sports bra with a buckle around her ribcage, black sweatpants, and a cosy-looking black button-up.
Here’s look one.

Alexandra is a huge Alo Yoga fan, and for St. Patrick’s Day, she rocked a cute green tennis dress by the brand.
When she’s not showing off her amazing athleisure wardrobe, Alexandra loves to practice yoga. Earlier this month, she shared a video of herself getting in a sweaty yoga sesh. She was clearly cooling down and did a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥’s pose, as well as a downward dog.
‘Earning peace by sweating in pajamas,’ she captioned the video.
She also likes to do quick HIIT training and shared a video of an intense workout 20-minute session she did last year on YouTube that included lateral raises, reverse lunges, jump squats, push-ups, and stability ball crunches.
When she was prepping for her Baywatch role, Alexandra told Health that her training was ‘not sustainable’ post-filming. ‘[I] was doing more aerobic activity and way more weight training, which is something I’ve [since] incorporated into my daily routine.’
She also did a training session with her Baywatch co-star Zac Efron on his Gym Time w/ Zac Efron YouTube series, where they competed against each other in ab moves, including a gruelling ab circuit and an intense sit-up competition.
And when it comes to her diet, Alexandra told Health that she sticks to healthy staples like quinoa, avocado, and chicken breast. But she also treats herself. She is a fan of red wine and doesn’t skip the chocolate.
‘When I’m hungry, I want food, like, now, or else I get very cranky,’ she said. ‘I think you have to indulge or the stress of not being able to enjoy what you eat will detract from any benefits you’re getting from eating healthy. Life is really stressful without chocolate.’
