The biggest buzz? Neve Campbell returns as the legendary final girl, Sidney Prescott — but this time, the stakes are even higher. The teaser hints at a terrifying new 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁er haunting Sidney and her family in the quiet, yet sinister, town of Pine Grove, Indiana.
Joining Campbell is a star-studded cast, including Courteney Cox, reprising her role as Gale Weathers, alongside Mason Gooding and Jasmin Savoy Brown. Horror veterans David Arquette, Matthew Lillard, and Scott Foley are also back — though their mysterious reappearance has fans speculating how their “dispatched” characters will be woven into the story.
Adding fresh faces to the blood-soaked franchise, Michelle Randolph (1923) and Jimmy Tatro (American Vandal) have signed on, while Isabel May (1883) joins as Sidney’s daughter, and Joel McHale (Community) plays Sidney’s husband.
The ensemble cast also includes Mckenna Grace (Ghostbusters: Afterlife), Celeste O’Connor (Ghostbusters: Afterlife), Sam Rechner (The Fabelmans), Asa Germann (Gen V), Anna Camp (True Blood), Ethan Embry (Empire Records), and Mark Consuelos (Riverdale).
Adding to the anticipation, Scream creator Kevin Williamson is stepping into the director’s chair for the first time, working from a script by Guy Busick, co-writer of Scream (2022) and Scream VI.
While plot details remain under wraps, the teaser trailer leaves a cryptic message: “In Pine Grove, the past is never dead — and neither is Ghostface.”
With Sidney Prescott once again at the heart of the horror, Scream 7 promises to deliver a bloodcurdling blend of suspense, nostalgia, and deadly new twists.
Get ready — Ghostface is back, and this time, it’s personal.
