An elite multinational military unit is dispatched on a top-secret operation to Isla Sombra, a mysterious and uncharted island in the Pacific Ocean, suspected to hold strategic nuclear installations. But what they find is far more terrifying than any enemy nation.

As the soldiers explore the dense jungle terrain and investigate strange ruins and anomalies, they begin experiencing hallucinations, time lapses, and horrifying visions.
