On August 11th, Beyond the Gates fans got the long-awaited crossover episode. Brighton James brought over his iconic YNR character, Devon Hamilton Winters, to visit his longtime friends, Vernon and Anita, at the country club. But this wasn’t just a casual catch-up—it turned into a major business deal.

As a billionaire music mogul, Devon made Anita a huge offer: a record deal for a new solo jazz album, but with a twist—he wanted her to co-executive produce the album alongside him. However, Anita, ever the businesswoman, turned him down and suggested an even bigger idea. She proposed that Devon give the deal to her fellow Articulates—Tracy and Sharon—and that she would hop in as a featured artist on a couple of tracks. Devon, not one to pass on a good offer, agreed to the deal.

But, wait—did anyone else catch the spark between Danny and Devon? The chemistry was undeniable! If Devon weren’t already married, we might be seeing the start of a cross-show romance. Sadly, Brighton James’ Beyond the Gates crossover fun seems to be over—for now, at least. But don’t worry, it’s not the last time we’ll see YNR characters on Beyond the Gates. In fact, we think there’s a good chance more YNR favorites will be crossing over to Fairmont Crest in the future. We already have three characters in mind who we think are likely to show up next. Let’s dive in!

1. Amanda Sinclair

Amanda Sinclair, played by Michelle Morgan, is Genoa City’s go-to powerhouse lawyer. She’s capable of handling any case, anywhere, and has clients across the country. So, if anyone at Fairmont Crest finds themselves in a legal jam, they might want to give Amanda Sinclair a call. And who knows, we could even see Amanda face off against BTG‘s own lawyer, Bill. A legal showdown between these two would definitely be a must-watch!

2. Lauren Fenmore

If there’s one thing Fairmont Crest has no shortage of, it’s fashion. Former model Danny and her best friend Pamela are running their own modeling agency, while Chelsea and Cat are busy building a new clothing line that’s rapidly growing in popularity. It’s only a matter of time before Genoa City’s boutique queen, Lauren Fenmore (played by Tracy Bregman), catches wind of this and heads over to Fairmont Crest. Whether she’s coming to shop at Cat and Chelsea Designs or arranging a photo shoot with Danny and Pamela, Lauren’s fashionable presence will surely make an impact in Fairmont.

3. Nate Hastings

Last but not least, we are certain Nate Hastings, portrayed by Shawn Dominic, will be making his way to Fairmont Crest. As one of the best doctors around, Nate could easily be called to Garland Memorial Hospital to lend a hand with a complicated case. Not only would this be a great reminder of why Nate fell in love with saving lives in the first place, but we’re betting that Chenise, the hospital’s head nurse, would be more than happy to keep him company during his stay.
