As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the deal is set to go ahead following advanced talks.
Mane is set to join Al-Nassr, where he will link up with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Paperwork will now be checked by the player ahead of Mane undergoing a medical.
According to James Benge, Mane will move for £34million (€40m) and will also receive a net salary of the same amount.

The winger joined Bayern Munich from Liverpool last year and played 38 times for the German club, scoring 12 goals. He won the Bundesliga title last season.
After bringing in Ronaldo in January, Al-Nassr have made several more significant signings this summer.
Marcelo Brozovic arrived from Inter Milan, Seko Fofana joined from Lens and Alex Telles signed from Manchester United.
Anderson Talisca and former Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina are also part of the Al-Nassr squad.
Al-Nassr finished in second place in the Saudi Pro League last season, ending up five points behind champions Al-Ittihad.
Mane started his career at Metz before moving to Red Bull Salzburg. He signed for Southampton in 2014 before joining Liverpool two years later, where he won the Premier League, the Champions League, the FA Cup and the League Cup.
His time at Bayern didn’t go entirely to plan, with an injury meaning that he missed out on representing Senegal at the World Cup in Qatar. He also clashed with team-mate Leroy Sane after a Champions League defeat to Manchester City.
